It is simple..:If you keep THINKING what you are thinking and keep DOING what you are doing, you will keep getting what you are getting.
In other words what you are experiencing NOW and what you will experience in FUTURE is the result of your previous thoughts.
Your future is predetermined by your in this moment. So if you want to change your future, you must change your present thoughts about it.

The Power of Focus

How you feel about life and any particular thing, depends on WHERE YOU FOCUS YOUR ATTENTION
A question that you should ask yourself "Where do I focus my attention most of the time?
You will realize commonly people and may be like wise you too, spend more time on on focusing more time on what you DON'T want rather then what you DO want. Smiley

Oh! Now why is this important?
Because you cant expect what you WANT if you focus on the OPPOSITE of your want. Smiley
You should simply focus MORE on what you want.
Heard an expression "I feel anxious, worried, stressed and uncertain, but I don't know why" Huh
From what I wrote you will know the answer Smiley
Reason is ::Because you are focusing on the negative thought which you DONT want.
Bad thoughts can not produce good results.
So any time you feel anxious, worried, fearful, stressed and carry negative feelings, it is because you are doing two things..


1. You are focusing on what you don't want to happen

2. You are focusing on the future and not on the present moment.


It is impossible to feel worry, stress, negative emotion if you are living in the present moment.Negative emotions come only when you focus on
what MIGHT happen, or what you DON"T WANT TO HAPPEN, in the next moment, next hour, next day, next week, next year etc.

So just 'observe' your thoughts. Don't judge.Just see what you focus on and accordingly change it as above.
Don't regret on the past just take your lesson don't worry about the future. Concentrate on the present with focus on as you want your future to be. Smiley
What you think about this moment, this day, will become your future.
